Customs and import duties

As most international orders are shipped from our European fulfillment center, additional import fees may apply upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected by customs officials in your country and are therefore beyond our control. As an importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other fees your country charges for import.

EUROPEAN UNION*, USA - All orders are exempt from import tax.

• Countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

UK - All orders are subject to VAT and customs clearance fees. AUSTRALIA - All orders over AUS$1000 are subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the package so please check the Department of Home Affairs website for more information. NEW ZEALAND - All orders over NZD$1000 are subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the package. You can get an estimate on the New Zealand Customs Service website, click here to proceed. CANADA: All orders are subject to 5% GST.

BRAZIL- All orders are subject to import duties.

OTHER COUNTRIES - Please contact your local customs office regarding import duties.

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the package is returned to Waari Store, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
